Digitization of transport and logistics flows: traceability, efficiency, and security
In the transport and logistics sector, every minute counts. A delay, an error, or a flow disruption can have major consequences on overall performance. PEPPS designs tailor-made digital solutions to monitor flows, secure operations, and enhance on-site efficiency. Our tools integrate seamlessly with existing systems and adapt to operators’ constraints whether on a single site or across an entire network.
Why digitize the transport and logistics sector?
Logistics and transport activities require flawless coordination. Managers must track moving flows, respond quickly to incidents, and synchronize operations that are often spread out. Digitization helps structure processes, ensure data reliability, and better anticipate unexpected events.
Reducing flow disruptions and logistical errors
Interruptions, duplicates, or losses negatively impact performance. Digital tools make it possible to track every stage, automate critical tasks, and minimize the risks associated with manual data entry.
Centralized supervision and real-time multisite coordination
Coordinating multiple sites or network segments requires a unified vision. Our solutions consolidate key data into a single dashboard, enabling fast and reliable decision-making.
Our digital solutions for your transport and logistics operations
PEPPS develops tailor-made business applications designed around your internal processes. Each solution connects seamlessly to the tools you already use (TMS, WMS, ERP, CMMS, etc.) to ensure uninterrupted operations. Our teams design simple, robust, and efficient interfaces built for both operators and supervisors.
Real-time tracking of shipments, vehicles, and equipment
Our tools allow you to locate your trucks, trains, machinery, or cargo at any moment. The information is displayed through a web or mobile interface
Full integration with your logistics and industrial systems
The developed solutions interface with your existing software. The goal is to consolidate information, eliminate duplicate data entry, and improve fluidity between your business tools.
Automatic alerts in case of anomaly or delay
Teams receive precise notifications as soon as an anomaly occurs—route deviation, fuel irregularity, suspicious delay, etc. These alerts enable rapid action.
Unified management of operations across one or multiple sites
Our platforms consolidate logistics flows from different locations. They provide management with an overall view while remaining practical for day-to-day use by operational teams.
What you gain with our digital solutions
The tools developed by PEPPS enhance team responsiveness, improve flow reliability, and raise service quality. They adapt to on-the-ground realities and enable precise management, even in low-connectivity areas.
Projects completed in transport and logistics
PEPPS implements practical, field-proven solutions. The examples below illustrate our ability to address logistical, industrial, and railway challenges delivering measurable results.
Soditra Logistics – Tms connected to the Wms
PEPPS developed a Transport Management System to automate the management of routes and shipments. The tool selects carriers, tracks deliveries, and integrates seamlessly with the WMS.
Prayon – TruckFlowmanager (TFM)
We designed a mobile application to manage truck flows on an industrial site. Automatic call-ups, badge scanning, and real-time tracking improve site fluidity.
Supervision of a vehicle fleet and its fuel
PEPPS designed a mobile and cloud-based platform to monitor equipment, routes, and fuel consumption. The system integrates with the CMMS and triggers alerts in case of abnormal losses.
UpRail – Centralized railway maintenance (Cameroon)
A mobile and web application enables the planning of railway infrastructure maintenance. Each anomaly is geolocated and converted into a maintenance ticket.
CFS – Smart level crossings (Senegal)
PEPPS is working on a system that automatically detects incoming trains through geolocation. The barriers close without any manual intervention.
